Log into your Appfolio tenant portal and submit your request there — we respond within 24 hours. All maintenance is coordinated through our vendor network.

Submit an Application
Each listing has an Apply Now link. Applications are submitted and processed through Appfolio, our property management platform.
Application Review
We review every application for credit history (700+ preferred), verifiable income (2.5x monthly rent), background check, and prior rental history.
Approval and Lease Signing
Approved applicants sign their lease digitally through Appfolio. Security deposit and first month's rent are collected at this stage.
Move-In
We conduct a move-in walkthrough together, document the property's condition, hand over keys, and get you set up on the tenant portal.
Our tenant standards
- ✓Credit score of 700 or above (preferred)
- ✓Gross monthly income of at least 2.5x the monthly rent
- ✓Clean rental history — no prior evictions
- ✓Verifiable employment or income source
Pets are considered on a property-by-property basis based on owner preference and HOA rules.
