I learned this coast one valet ticket at a time.

It started with valet parking along the Newport Beach coast. I was working my way through a business degree at Cal State Long Beach, handing keys back to people as they arrived at the water. Every shift, I watched them light up the moment they saw the coast. Something about that stuck with me. I wanted to be in the business of that feeling.

So I went and learned the business from every angle. I started in mortgage lending, first as a loan officer and then processing files, which taught me how the money really works. I moved into land development, managing projects and building cost estimates, which taught me how things actually get built from the dirt up. And I spent years in transactions, learning how a deal comes together and where it falls apart. Most people in real estate know one of those worlds. I have lived in all of them, and added property management along the way.

Today I live in Mission Viejo with my wife Meghan and our daughter Aurora. Orange County is not a territory we farm. It is where our lives are. The coast is where my story started and where our roots run deepest, but the work reaches across the whole county now. Wherever it takes us, the belief behind it never changes.
