About
Built from the ground up.
While finishing my business degree at Cal State Long Beach, I was valet parking cars along the Newport Beach coast.
That is where I fell in love with coastal Orange County. The real estate, the cars, the lifestyle, the weather, the beaches, the people. It all seemed better here.
Every night I was crossing paths with some of the most successful people in Southern California. And I learned the value of greeting people by name and giving them an experience they would not forget. I have carried that same level of service into everything I have done since, guided by one belief:
People never forget how you make them feel.
Seven years in mortgage lending gave me something most agents never get. A real understanding of how money moves through a transaction. Financing structures, underwriting, deal analysis. The mechanics behind the business.
From there, land development. Feasibility, grading, utilities, infrastructure. How properties get built from the ground up. I also joined one of the industry's top brokerages during that time, learning what excellence in real estate actually looks like up close.
Before going out on my own, I made one more deliberate move. Teaming up with Hott Homes to learn property management from the inside. The systems, the tenant relationships, the trust that comes with managing someone's investment.
Fourteen-plus years across lending, land development, and property management, all brought together. Because real estate is never a solo act, and those years built my team. Lenders I have closed with, developers I have built alongside, utility providers and engineers I have worked through real projects with. A trusted bench of contractors, escrow and title officers, and transaction coordinators who have earned their place. And a wider network of professionals and mentors I can call on whenever.
When I sit across from a buyer, seller, or investor, I am drawing on all of it to help you make a smarter, more confident decision. Those relationships do not show up on a license, but you feel them in every step.
Four sides of the business, one belief that has not changed since those nights on the coast.
People never forget how you make them feel.
The Four-Sided Method
Most agents have done one job in real estate. I’ve done four.
Here’s why that matters for you.
Lending
Seven years on the mortgage side. We know what underwriters kill deals over, before your buyer's lender does.
Land
We run development-grade cost and feasibility analysis. Useful when your lot, your ADU potential, or your view premium is half the value.
Transactions
Broker-licensed and broker-run. Your file never gets handed down.
Management
We manage what we sell. That means we price rentals with real rent-roll data, not guesses.
The wider ecosystem
Two sides of the same expertise.
